About Jon Younger
Jon Younger is an HR thought-leader, author, advisor, board member, and early stage investor in HR tech startups. He is the founder of the Agile Talent Collaborative, a non-profit research organization, and has been an investor and advisor in several HR/Talent tech startups, including Jolt.io, Toptal, Contra.work, AceUp.com, and Wearemash.com. He was previously a partner of the RBL Group, the HR consultancy, and SVP / Chief Talent and Learning Officer at a top 5 U.S. bank. Jon is the coauthor of several books in talent management and HR, including Agile Talent, HR from the Outside In, and HR Transformation. He has been an occasional lecturer at the University of Michigan, Copenhagen Business School, the Indian School of Business, and received his PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Toronto.
