Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs and KPMG invites you to lunch where we will learn how skill building using gamification enabled innovation globally across the firm.
Christian Gossan, Harvard Alumni Entrepreneur and KPMG Director Learning will share the story that started with solving an Australian based work problem, to running a global programme at KPMG spanning 70+ countries, to creating interactive online experiences to help the world learn about dementia.
Christian is thinking a lot about the intersection of artificial intelligence, insights and interactive engagement experiences. How can new combinations improve outcomes for people, organisations and society?
Christian started his career in Audit at KPMG, before moving to the Management Consulting field. He led strategic, cost optimisation and operational improvement projects for Government, Communications, Energy, Education and Financial Services clients.
After attending executive education courses at the Harvard Business School, he started experimenting with using game influenced learning to solve an internal KPMG learning challenge. A successful Australian pilot led to a global role creating and rolling out engagement focused learning experiences. These apps are now used in over 70 member firms and have been used by over 60,000 staff to date.
