About William S. Perkins and Sarah C. Palmer
William S. Perkins is a Member and Co-chair, Technology Practice at Mintz. He received his JD from the University of Virginia and BA, cum laude, from Harvard College. With a particular focus on strategic investments, Williams regularly works with founders on entity formation and financing strategy, including angel, seed and venture investments and advises on a variety of business transactions, including technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and public offerings.
Sarah C. Palmer is an Associate at Mintz and received her JD from Northeastern University. Her practice focuses on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, licensing/commercial technology contracts, and corporate governance matters. Sarah regularly guest lectured to entrepreneurs and start-ups on the topics of entity formation and seed and venture financings at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and The Capital Network.
