About Kathryn Frost
Katie Frost serves as the Associate Administrator for SBA’s Office of Capital Access (OCA) where she leads the Agency’s loan programs and surety bond program.
Prior to leading OCA, Katie served as a Deputy Associate Administrator for OCA and a Senior Advisor in SBA’s Office of the Administrator. Before joining SBA, Mrs. Frost served in several leadership positions in government operational improvement, data analytics, and management consulting.
Katie holds an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School , where she was a Belfer Scholar, and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
