Leo Bottary
Leo Bottary is the founder and managing partner of Peernovation, LLC. Leo takes what CEO Forums have been doing so brilliantly for decades to help members maximize the value of their forum experience and apply these principles to the teams in their organizations. He is an award-winning author of three books, including Peernovation: What Peer Advisory Groups Can Teach Us About Building High-Performing Teams (2020). Leo is also a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, advisory board member/opinion columnist for CEOWORLD magazine, and an adjunct professor for Rutgers University.
Mike is an accomplished coach, facilitator, thought-leader, and keynote speaker specializing in peer forums, collective intelligence, and agility, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Prior to his coaching career, he led high-tech aerospace hardware, software, and systems integration businesses, culminating in his role as the head of the aerospace division at a British public company. Originally from England, Mike is now a U.S. citizen and has lived in Southern California for 25 years. Passionate about his work, he thrives on coaching and facilitating Collective Intelligence and agility at the C-suite level.
Philip Guarino
Philip brings over 25 years of C-suite experience across more than 50 countries. As an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and advisor, he has a proven track record of leadership and innovation. Based in Paris, Philip serves as a Board Advisor in the US and Europe, partnering with founders in the technology and consumer goods sectors. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he is a Global Board member of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs and is the Chairman for HarvardAE in Europe.
Philip leads the Global Executive Forum for REF, a monthly peer forum designed for global executives. A graduate of Harvard College, Philip also holds an MBA from Wharton. With a multicultural background—US, Italian, and Argentinian—he has traveled to over 130 countries.
