Apurva Chamaria is currently the SVP & Chief of Staff to CEO & MD of Tech Mahindra. Previously, he was the Chief Revenue Officer at RateGain, the world's leading SaaS provider to the travel and hospitality sectors. In his previous stint at HCL, he headed corporate marketing and was responsible for brand marketing, employer brand, employee marketing, thought-leadership, digital marketing, analytics, finance, and marketing communications. Under Apurva’s leadership HCL debuted at 1) InterBrand Top 100 Brands at 19, grew 35% y-o-y in brand value 2) Brand Finance Global 500 '17 at 378 with a value of 4.46 Bn US$. Between 2014-18 the HCLT brand campaigns won 130 global awards.
His other roles at HCL include being a part of the CEO’s Vineet Nayar's office and being a Sales Director at HCL America. Prior to moving into sales, Apurva was the Global Head of Marketing and Strategy for Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle ,Microsoft , ECMP, I V & VS, Mainframe and Mid-range, Business Intelligence, IT Consulting) leading a geographically distributed team of marketing managers. This line of business contributed 1 Bn US$ to HCL. As a part of the leadership team I worked to successfully identify, acquire and integrate Axon Group Plc ( acquisition worth GBP 441 million). I was involved in setting up the marketing organization, processes and systems in HCL and in the initial days worked as the Category Manager for Lifesciences & Retail.
Apurva has pharmaceutical industry experience having worked in various sales and marketing positions at Ranbaxy Laboratories (now Sun Pharma). He has been invited to share his experiences at industry conferences like Sales Performance Management, LinkedIn Tech Connect, Microsoft Leaders Speak, ACMP Change Management, and premier B-School events at ISB, IIM-A, IIM-Raipur, FMS, IIMC, IMI, MICA, Great Lakes, etc.

Krishna Lakamsani is a Serial Entrepreneur with 24 years of experience in the field of IT services, e-retail, Distribution, E-commerce, Fin-tech, and Leadership. He is a prominent Angel Investor with 30+ startups through his family office Investment Vertical, TheSeedFun.vc, and as General Partner at well-known Venture Capital fund Unicorn Ventures. Krishna encourages and inspires budding entrepreneurs through his thought leadership.
A Harvard Business School Alumnus, Krishna grew up in Hyderabad, India, and later moved to Australia and from there to the USA. He has worked extensively with US companies since then.
Krishna founded his first business in the “Telecom & E-commerce” domain at the age of 23, the same business was acquired by a New York Based Telecom Company. Krishna started his second business venture “Infovision” at the age of 27 i.e towards the end of 2005.
Krishna started his third business venture at the age of 29 called ‘Infovista Technologies’ which caters to database IMS support. In 2012, Infovision and Infovista were acquired by the publicly traded IMS Company.
In 2013 Krishna Started an eDistribution business to help Retailers to Procure inventory directly from FMCG brands through a B2B eCommerce Marketplace. Thus reducing the cost to serve customers for FMCG brands and increasing margin for retailers. In 2018 Technology and IP were acquired by the Publicly traded company on IDX Indonesia.
Krishna's calling is centered around creating values for customers, opportunities for job seekers, and Support Startup founders to grow thus they create more jobs. Krishna is the Finalist of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year 2010. NJBiz of New Jersey awarded Krishna as One of the Best Entrepreneurs under the age of 40.
