About Phil Rader
Phil is the Business Development Manager at Early Growth with experience in growing B2B portfolio companies and deal origination for private equity. He currently works with early-stage companies, startups, and VCs providing CFO, Tax, Accounting, Valuation, Cap Table Management, and Fund Accounting services. His firm engages companies from pre-seed/seed round to Series C, and their clients start bringing their services in-house around the Series D round. Although he tends to work primarily with tech companies due to volume, he is industry agnostic for whom he can provide his services.
